MENTORSHIP

Mentorship is nothing but a self- sustainable, result-oriented Mentorship Program for startups.

A majority of start-ups lack experiential knowledge and extensive network; it is essential for them to be guided by an team of expert. At Esaar India we provides an opportunity for startups to avail offline mentorship; one-to-one and one-to-many.

Through mentorship, start-ups will be able to realize and develop their potential and also expand their existing skills and knowledge. At the end of the program, startups will be able to reward themselves with positive changes and make informed choices.

The purpose of mentorship is to enable startups to develop their own skills and strategies, in order to tackle the next barriers more effectively and efficiently, with or without the mentors.

Esaar India Limited is open to receive applications from entrepreneurs regarding its Mentorship program where it becomes their technical cofounder (or tech partner) as well as Finance Partner. In the Mentorship program we invest up to 50% of the money needed which can range from Rs. 1 Lakh to Rs. 2 Crores (depending on the stage of startup: seed funding, Series A, ..etc).

The incubation process starts by reviewing your startup which might take from 7-14 days. The review will start after making sure we gathered all necessary information, so it’s important that you submit all details required below. The conditions for being accepted in the Mentorship program:

1. You should be willing to allow Esaar India to become the Mentor and develop the whole product from A to Z, or continue its development or partially help in the development.

2. It’s preferable if the entrepreneur(s) have secured 50% of the money needed in the current round of funding. If they have not then we can help by introducing investors from our side and by providing a letter of commitment. The LOC will confirm that Esaar is ready to invest 50% of the money and this should increase the chances of the startup raising the other half. In some cases, we might invest more than 50% of the amount.

3. You should be willing to provide an equity to Esaar in exchange for the technical development that it will be providing. Esaar will also provide lot of other free services through the Mentorship program such as market study, feasibility study, market strategy and other legal services for free! Esaar will not be charging the entrepreneur for any of these services because we feel it’s our duty to provide them as a mentoship.

Our standard investment can range from Rs. 1 Lakh and up to Rs. 2 Crores. We can consider smaller or larger investments as well, so please don’t hesitate to submit.
